Comprehensive maintenance solutions designed to keep your business facilities clean, safe, and professional year-round. Starting prices apply to qualifying routine services. Final pricing depends on property size, condition, location, service frequency and the agreed scope. Bulk-item removal, off-site hauling and substantial initial cleanups are quoted separately.
Parking Lot Litter Pickup
From $50 per visit.
Manual collection of ordinary loose litter from agreed parking areas, sidewalks and common outdoor spaces. Starting price applies to small properties with light litter and up to 30 minutes on site. Larger areas and heavier cleanups are quoted individually.
Trash-Can Servicing
From $50 per standalone visit.
Scheduled emptying and relining of up to four standard exterior trash cans, with bagged waste moved to a nearby authorized on-site dumpster. Available from $25 as an add-on to an existing cleaning visit. Customer supplies liners unless otherwise quoted. Bin washing and off-site hauling are priced separately.
Exterior Porter Services
From $50 per person-hour.
Routine exterior attention, including light entrance sweeping, litter checks, accessible cobweb removal and wiping of agreed entrance surfaces. One-hour minimum per person.Tasks, frequency and any additional travel charges are confirmed in your proposal.
Interior Janitorial Cleaning From $135 per visit Routine cleaning of agreed office areas, restrooms, breakrooms and shared spaces, including floor care, accessible surface cleaning and interior trash collection. Starting price applies to once-weekly cleaning of a 500–999-square-foot space with normal soil levels. Larger properties, initial deep cleaning, and additional tasks are quoted separately. Customer supplies restroom paper products, hand soap, and trash liners unless otherwise agreed.
Property Condition Reporting
Photos and notes document visible concerns such as overflowing bins, dumped items, or damaged surfaces, helping you identify issues that need attention. Basic completion photos and issue alerts are included in our combined exterior cleaning plan. Enhanced reports are available from $15 per visit as an add-on. Reporting covers visible conditions and does not replace a professional inspection.
